    Great Customer Service! Great Products!

    So happy with the Charming Bench Company! My wife and I have just moved into our first home. We had ordered a set chairs and footstools from here on a recommendation from a friend and I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised and happy about the experience as a whole with the Charming Bench Company. The furniture delivered very quickly, were in great shape, and super easy to build.
    There was one issue, we were missing one footstool from the order. I reached out to customer service and someone got back right away! They were very nice, really understandable, and sent out the missing part ASAP. Very happy to be writing this review from the shade of my back porch in my new set of Adirondack chairs!
